Myerson makes construction law partner hire

Altrincham-based Myerson Solicitors has appointed construction specialist, Neil Armstrong as partner, joining from Pannone Corporate.

Armstrong brings with him many of his long-standing clients including developers, contractors and sub-contractors operating across the UK.

He joined Pannone in October 2017 after members of the construction team were poached from Shoosmiths.

Speaking about his appointment, Armstrong said: “There is excellent collaboration between Myerson’s client base and my own current clients and contacts and I am very excited about the future development of our construction offering”.

His arrival will boost the size of the Myerson property and construction group to nearly 30, including six partners.

Richard Lloyd, head of the property group, said: “The Myerson property group is now one of the largest in the North West outside of Manchester city centre and we are doing some fantastic work for a wide range of quality clients.

“We are very excited to welcome Neil as the firm’s twentieth partner. His experience will be a huge asset to our property group, particularly those clients operating in the development and construction sector.”
