Muse’s Erlam departs for investment role

Development director Wes Erlam has left Muse to join the board of sister company Morgan Sindall Investments.

Erlam joined Muse’s Manchester-based team in 2008, and has led on developments include Stockport Exchange and the regeneration of Colwyn Bay town centre.

At Morgan Sindall Investments, he will lead on all public/private partnership development activity, with a national brief, looking at multi-phase, mixed-tenure projects.

Erlam will oversee the delivery of the development pipeline across all the Morgan Sindall platforms which include schemes in Slough, Bournemouth, Oxleas, Burton and Hub West Scotland.

Morgan Sindall Investments and Muse form part of the Morgan Sindall group of companies, which includes the eponymous contractor, housebuilder Lovell and fit-out company Overbury, all with offices across the country.

On the appointment, Lisa Scenna, managing director of Morgan Sindall Investments, said: “I am delighted to welcome Wes Erlam to Morgan Sindall Investments and look forward to working with him to further develop and expand the pipeline on our platforms.”
