Muse Developments has launched the 50,000 sq ft One Stockport Exchange office to market, and said negotiations are progressing with potential occupiers for two floors of the building.
The five-storey office has open-plan floorplates of up to 10,850 sq ft. A Sainsbury’s Local opened last month on the ground floor.
One Stockport Exchange forms part of the second phase of development within the wider £145m Stockport Exchange regeneration project, which Muse is delivering next to the town’s train station in partnership with Stockport Council.
So far, Stockport Exchange has delivered a 115-bed Holiday Inn Express and new pedestrianised public space. The road layout in the area has also been reconfigured improving access to the station, providing a dedicated drop-off facility and a new taxi rank.

The scheme will ultimately deliver up to 375,000 sq ft of office space and 28,000 sq ft of commercial floor space.
