Muse hires to support expanding portfolio

Muse Developments has appointed Phil Marsden as project manager on its North West projects.

Marsden joined the Manchester team from DBK Partners, where he project managed major developments across the region. He brings with him more than 14 years' experience in the construction industry, including as a quantity surveyor for Gleeds.

He will be working on a number of projects for Muse, including New Bailey in Salford.

The developer has appointed Andrew Boyle from Spenhill as project director in the south, it said to help deliver its increasing portfolio.

Mike Payton, director of project management at Muse, said: "It's an extremely busy time for us, with 21 projects on site and several other major projects in the pipeline, so I'm sure we'll benefit greatly from their wealth of experience and input."

There are 29 people in the Manchester office of Muse, with six project managers across the North West.
