Mulbury strengthens technical team with pair of hires 

Chris Brady has joined as technical director after 14 years at consultancy Campbell Reith, while Renata Bochenek-Gasiorkiewicz has been appointed as technical manager after a short stint at Pell Frischman. 

Prior to joining Manchester-based developer Mulbury, Brady was a partner at Campbell Reith for more than seven years having joined the company in 2007. 

There, he was responsible for a 20-strong team offering design, implementation, and pre- and post-planning technical support for construction projects, including several residential schemes across the region. 

Prior to that, he spent the best part of a decade at Atkins, Amey and WSP. 

In his new role, Brady will lead Mulbury’s technical team, specialising in infrastructure. 

Bochenek-Gasiorkiewicz also had a spell with Campbell Reith, she was senior civil engineer at the firm from 2018 until June 2021 when she joined Pell Frischman. 

At Mulbury, Bochenek-Gasiorkiewicz will work alongside Brady to lead Mulbury’s team of engineers, managing all technical aspects of the firm’s housing developments, including design of infrastructure, structural elements, mechanical and electrical systems, and utilities delivery. 

The appointments are aimed supporting the delivery of Mulbury’s growing pipeline of projects in the North West. 

Mulbury is especially prevalent in the New Cross area of Manchester where it is delivering 378 homes across three schemes. 

Nearby, Mulbury is also planning to build 237 homes on a plot close to the Marble Arch pub off Rochdale Road. Plans for that project were submitted in September.
