Mulbury awarded affordable housing contract

Mulbury Homes has won a £7.2m contract from housing association Helena Partnerships to build affordable housing in Warrington.
The houses will be built on the north side of Thelwall Lane in Latchford, Warrington. Mulbury won the contract following a competitive tender advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Mulbury Homes are based in Lymm, Cheshire. Helena Partnerships is based in St Helens and manages 13,000 properties.
No one at either company was available for further comment.
