Mott MacDonald takes 14,000 sq ft in Altrincham

DTZ has reported three office lettings in Greater Manchester and Lancashire totalling over 29,100 sq ft.

Engineering giant Mott MacDonald has leased 14,947 sq ft at Property Alliance Group's Springbank House in Station Road, Altrincham.

Manchester & District Housing relocated from its Preston office to 7,516 sq ft at Tustin Court, taking a ten-year lease at a rental of around £10.00/sq ft.

Wigan & Leigh College acquired 6,637 sq ft at Leigh Sports Village where it has a large campus. The extra space will be used to facilitate additional courses in the forthcoming academic year. A ten-year lease with a tenant's option to break was taken at a rental of around £11.00/sq ft.
