Digital creative agency Motionlab has taken the 3,875 sq ft ground floor suite at Citygate, Longridge Road in Preston from landlords Centodec Developments on a five-year lease.
Simon Iredale from Motionlab said: "It is the beginning of a new and exciting era for Motionlab and after much hard work, planning and preparation and an incredibly successful 2011, we needed somewhere that would reflect the companies accomplishments and facilitate the company's ongoing expansion. Citygate fits the brief for us perfectly."
Robert Pinkus & Co and Bailey Deakin Hamilton acted on behalf of the landlords. Danny Pinkus, partner at Robert Pinkus & Co, said: "The Citygate offices are an excellent example of the new build, modern offices that are currently available in this area of Preston and we wish Motionlab every success in their new location."
Motionlab joins existing tenants Lorica Insurance who moved into the building in October last year. Citygate is a purpose built, detached office building located at junction 31A of the M6.
The Citygate development adjoins the popular Red Scar Industrial Estate and nearby occupiers include E H Booth & Co., Lancashire County Council, Volkswagen and Spar.
