Mosaic conducts planning and development survey

Mosaic Town Planning is carrying out a survey of house builders and developers to gauge current levels of activity and confidence within the development industry in the North West.

The Manchester-based planning consultant said it is also seeking views on some of the constraints, such as planning or viability issues, which are affecting the level of development activity.

Mosaic Town Planning intends to produce briefing notes into some of the planning issues identified by respondents and how to address these.

In addition, Mosaic said answers about development viability will feed into academic research at Liverpool John Moores University.

Mosiac has assured both company and personal details will not be identified in its analysis or passed on to third parties.

The findings of the survey will be revealed on Place North West.
