Morgan joins OBI Property
Manchester surveyor OBI Property has recruited Michael Morgan to head its professional services and asset management department.
Morgan joins from his own business, Morgan Surveyors, which he set up over two years ago.
He previously spent eight years with Manchester landlord and developer Bruntwood.
Morgan also lectures on property valuation and asset management at Salford University and is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors registered valuer.
He said: "It's great to be joining OBI at this exciting time in the growth of the business. I'm looking forward to working within a very focused niche firm and servicing a high calibre client base."
