Morgan Ashurst moves into Wavertree office

Northern Trust's Vortex Court office development in Wavertree, Liverpool is now fully let after construction firm Morgan Ashurst took the last remaining space.
Morgan Ashurst has signed for 3,570 sq ft on a six-year lease at Vortex Court, which comprises three office buildings on Wavertree Technology Park totalling 56,000 sq ft.
Morgan Ashurst is part of the Morgan Sindall group and will be merged with fellow subsidiaries Morgan Professional Services and Morgan Est soon, under the Morgan Sindall name, employing around 350 in the North West.
CB Richard Ellis, GVA Grimley and Whittle Jones are the retained agents for Vortex Court.
