Mono Consultants signs to Steam Packet House

The mobile telecoms network support provider has relocated to the 26,885 sq ft office building on Cross Street in central Manchester.

Mono Consultants has moved from Victoria Buildings at 1-7 Princess Street and agreed a lease with owners Ribot Investments on 3,460 sq ft on the first floor of Steam Packet House at £15/sq ft a year. The duration of the lease was not disclosed.

Ribot Investments is a property trust fund owned by bookmaker Fred Done.

Ian Davies, principle surveyor of Mono Consultants, said: "The acquisition of our new offices at Steam Packet House represents our ongoing commitment to and expansion of our Manchester business, and enables us to maintain our city centre presence at an improved and affordable rate.

"Mono Consultants continues to grow in size, geography and range of services offered, in order to maintain its position as the leading provider of network support services to the UK mobile telecoms sector."

Joint letting agents on Steam Packet House are Edwards & Co and OBI Property.
