Edward Symmons has brought a property at Rambaldi Square in Widnes to the market which is available as a development site or off-plan investment.
The freehold property is awaiting planning consent for 24 two bedroom apartments, totaling 15,740 sq ft, together with two ground floor retail units, comprising 1,916 sq ft in total, and is located on 0.40 acres at 88a-92 Albert Road in the town centre.
Paul Parker, from the Liverpool office of Edward Symmons LLP, said: "The majority of the ground floor retail together with six of the apartments has been pre-sold and our client is seeking a purchaser for the site at a guide price of £550,000. Alternatively, consideration will be given to the block sale of the remaining apartments and retail unit."
Edward Symmons did not disclose the previous owner's identity.
