Missguided signs in Trafford Park

Online fashion retailer, Missguided, has acquired a 60,000 sq ft warehouse in Trafford Park from the Duchy of Lancaster.

WHR Property Consultants advised Missguided on the deal at Centenary Park, the tenant agreeing a five-year lease with the option to extend it by further five years.

Over the last 12 months, we have been involved in a number of high profile acquisitions having completed 500,000 sq ft of new acquisitions last year alone and already have a further 500,000 sq ft of new acquisitions in progress."
