Andrew Stokes, chief executive of Marketing Manchester, the agency responsible for coordinating the city's presence at MIPIM, said: "The city's collaborative approach at MIPIM is testament to the strong leadership that we have here, with the support of our exceptionally strong partnership; we aim to convey how Manchester will continue to be an international focal point for growth and development, in both the physical and intellectual sense."
Are taxpayers getting value for money here with 3 separate Mancunian bodies ( MIDAS,MCC, Airport City) paying the £20,000 top rate each?
To say nothing of the attendant croissant & wine bills for the delegates.
