MIPIM I St John’s video released ahead of Enterprise City launch
Allied London has released a new fly-through of St John’s ahead of a start on-site in September this year.
Speaking at the Manchester pavilion this afternoon, Piers Read, director of enterprise at St John’s, said: “St John’s is more than a property development – it’s bringing infrastructure to the city, it will be world-class and it will be a neighbourhood that is global – with enterprise at the heart of it.”
Allied London’s residential director James Sidlow said: “There are places to live for everybody here, whether it’s in the 52-storey Tower, Albert Lofts, or in the South Village on the former Coronation Street site, where the feel will be ‘a house in an apartment’.”
The Enterprise City commercial element of the scheme will be launched on 26 April.
