MIPIM: Ardstone buys in Manchester

A regional office fund of European real estate investment manager Ardstone Capital has exchanged contracts to acquire Trinity Court on Manchester's John Dalton Street from bookmaker and investor Fred Done for an undisclosed sum.

The 60,000 sq ft building at 16 John Dalton Street is occupied by law firm Squires which has a break in 18 months' time and is considering its options.

The Ardstone UK Regional Office Fund was established in 2013 as a separate account by Ardstone Capital for investment by clients of CBRE GMM.

GVA advised Fred Done. Edwards & Co advised Ardstone.

All parties declined to comment.
