Milliken signs in Middleton

Textile company Milliken Industrial has signed a five-year lease for 39,700 sq ft at Rhodes Business Park in Middleton near junction 19 of the M60.
Landlord Rhodes Business Park Ltd, represented by Savills, now only has one unit remaining to let at the park.
Stuart Murray, industrial director at Savills, said: "Rhodes Business Park is an established industrial scheme offering high quality and flexible warehouse space that is ideally located close to the M60. Following the letting of Unit 12, we now only have a single industrial unit of 23,000 sq ft available."
Milliken Industrial was advised by CBRE.
