Miller Homes is due to begin the construction of 55 three- and four-bedroom houses off Lammack Lane in Blackburn by the end of this year.
An on-site sale centre will launch at the end of April next year and the first homes are expected by summer 2020.
The developer designed the scheme, which is to be delivered by its construction arm.
As part of the development, Miller Homes is contributing £700,000 towards affordable house in Blackburn along with £200,000 towards sports pitches in the area. The developer said it is also set to provide nearby Lammack Methodist Church with a car park and reimburse the costs of improved sports pitches for Lammack Juniors and Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School.
Clare Noakes, sales director for Miller Homes in the North West, said: “Millrose will provide the ideal location for house hunters looking to upgrade to enjoy a spacious and luxury home. We look forward to working closely with the town to bring this brand-new community to life.”
