Miller completes 16,700 sq ft office deal in Knutsford

Miller Developments has let 16,700 sq ft of office space at The Pavilions, Knutsford to In-Flight Entertainment Services.
Miller claims the deal is the largest office disposal in the area for more than three years.
The Pavilions comprises five, two-storey offices totalling 26,704 sq ft and is located on Knutsford Business Park two miles from junction 19 of the M6. There remain two buildings of 5,651 sq ft and 4,100 sq ft available to let.
Quoting rents are £17.50/sq ft and the freehold price is £190/sq ft.
Miller Developments was represented by joint leasing agents Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA Grimley and law firm Addleshaw Goddard.
