Miller brings forward Garstang development

Miller Homes has announced plans for a scheme of around 200 homes called Beacon Park on Joe Lane, Catterall, a village on the A6 close to Garstang.

The scheme will comprise a mixture of two to five bedroom houses. Work is due to begin on-site soon with a sales centre scheduled to open in early 2018.

Samantha Johnson, sales director for Miller Homes North West, said: “We are delighted to announce that we will be bringing more new homes to fulfil demand in the local area.

“We are looking forward to bringing our award-winning build quality and customer service to Catterall, and to help build a new thriving community.”

Miller Homes is among the housebuilders currently riding high, reporting proft before tax of £89.3m for the 2016 financial year, an increase of 44% year-on-year.

Among the housebuilder’s recent North West projects are schemes in Chorley, Billinge, Warrington and Widnes.
