Middleby moves to Stonecross

Catering equipment supplier Middleby UK has taken a 50,000 sq ft unit at Stonecross Business Park in Wigan.
The company signed for Unit 15 on a 10-year lease. Middleby currently occupies a warehouse at Cranford Court in Warrington.
CBRE and B8 Real Estate acted for the landlord, a private client. Altus Edwin Hill represented the occupier.
Stonecross Business Park comprises a number of modern detached office buildings arranged within landscaped grounds close to Junction 23 of the M6 motorway.
