Michael Page takes 10,000 sq ft in Spinningfields

The recruitment consultancy group will relocate its Manchester office to 3 Hardman Square having signed a 10-year lease for a whole floor.

CBRE acted on behalf of Müller International, asset manager for the landlord, Credit Suisse Asset Management.

This is the second major new occupier for 3 Hardman Square this year following the 22,000 sq ft letting to WorldPay in January. Quoting rental levels for the building are at £30/sq ft.

Michelle Rothwell of CBRE says: "This is another significant deal for Manchester but more importantly for 3 Hardman Square and Spinningfields, which has seen a significant level of demand. Michael Page is one of the country's most successful recruitment consultancies and we are pleased that they have selected 3 Hardman Square as its new Manchester base."

Doug Rode of Michael Page, currently based in 82 King Street, said: "The North West is a fast growing region for Page Group and this larger office space in an excellent location will allow us to continue to expand our teams and service offering in order to deliver our ambitious plans for the region."

New Ballerino acted on behalf of Michael Page.
