Metier signs new tenant to Skelmersdale offices

Cheshire-based developer Metier has signed another tenant at its Maple Court office scheme in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

Greenhailgh Solicitors has taken 2,000 sq ft on a five-year lease. Quoting rents for the scheme are £14.50/sq ft.

James Nichols of joint letting agents WHR Property Consultants said: "The first phase of the speculative scheme has recently been completed and has attracted strong interest from a number of potential occupiers on both a leasehold and freehold basis."
