Metier offers introducers £10k reward

The Alderley Edge-based property developer is offering individuals or companies a healthy finder's fee for bringing occupiers to its Maple Court development on Whitemoss Business Park in Skelmersdale.

Andrew Hine of Metier said: "Our incentive scheme is open to anyone who may be aware of businesses looking to take new office space. It is pretty simple really – if the introduction leads to a successful letting or purchase we will provide up to £10,000 in return. We have extensively marketed the space at Maple Court and have been delighted by the level of interest, however we feel that through this innovative new incentive scheme we will have that little extra reach – where else can you earn up to £10,000 for the price of a phone call?"

The first phase of Maple Court, off junction 4 of the M58 motorway, completed late last year and totals 25,000 sq ft of new office accommodation in self-contained buildings ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft.

Existing occupiers include Loaf Creative, Federal Management and CPUK. The second phase of the Maple Court development would house bespoke requirements of up to 25,000 sq ft.

Chris Cheap, director at GVA Grimley, letting agent, added: "To register an introduction with us simply call or e-mail Metier direct or joint agents GVA Grimley or WHR with the relevant contact details. We will do the rest! If the introduction results in a transaction the next you will hear from us is when a cheque for possibly up to £10,000 lands on your doormat."
