Merseycare in at Liverpool Innovation Park

The Homes & Communities Agency has secured four lettings totaling 15,000 sq ft at the Liverpool business park, including an 11,000 sq ft deal with Merseycare on a 10-year lease.
Existing occupier Provident Financial Management Services has committed to a five-year lease for a 2,000 sq ft suite, Commendium has renewed a tenancy agreement on its 250 sq ft suite, while Spiral House has taken a three-year lease on 1,500 sq ft.
Liverpool Innovation Park is a 22-acre, 398,000 sq ft business park in Edge Lane.
The park provides more than 50,000 sq ft of serviced office accommodation within a parkland setting and benefits from car parking and access to Wavertree Technology Park railway station.
