Mersey House filling up

Urban Splash has reported five new tenants at Mersey House, part of the Matchworks estate in south Liverpool.

The new tenants are lifestyle company Il Santuario, solicitor Handley Law, post-production
agency General Post, cleaning company Poppies and Palatine Accommodation Services.

The Graded 2-listed building, which was once the head office for Speke Garston Development Company and then Liverpool Land Development Company, was acquired by Urban Splash and converted into smaller office units in 2009.

Paul Jones, of Urban Splash, said further managed office suites from 1,000 sq ft will be available from the summer.

He added: "Businesses based in Mersey House benefit from being part of the wider Matchworks community, its facilities and having big name neighbours for company. We're delighted to welcome our new tenants to the scheme in what is a very exciting time for the estate."
