Merepark Homes moves office

The South Manchester housebuilder is relocating within Altrincham to The Cube in Tipping Street, having agreed a five-year lease on the 2,000 sq ft building with the private landlord.

The property, which was the local toy shop many years ago, has been refurbished to provide modern offices.

Richard Peel, managing director of Merepark Homes, said: "The new offices are ideal for our requirements not only in regard to their style but its location close to Hale village and Altrincham."

Daniel Lee, director of Regional Property Solutions, let the property on behalf of a private landlord. He said: "We received lots of enquiries for this property, which resulted in a quick letting, reflecting the continuing popularity of this area."

Merepark Homes is moving from Market Court, Altrincham.

The tenant was unrepresented.
