Medina Dairies takes 5-year lease at Globe Park

Medina Dairies has taken 3,500 sq ft on a five-year lease a Globe Park in Rochdale.
The Halifax-based business is renting two units at a headline rent of £4.25 per sq ft.
Medina describes itself as the largest independent dairy in the UK, with dairies in Hampshire and Yorkshire and 19 distribution depots.
The deal was handled by joint agents GVA and Barton Kendal on behalf of the the landlord, Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund.
GVA associate Ruth Leighton said: "Medina's move into Globe Park will enable the company to continue to extend its reach across the North West.
"The business continues to implement its long term investment and growth strategy and this move complements those plans."
