Medical firm signs at Bolton warehouse

Industrial parts supplier Eriks UK, advised by DTZ, has completed a sub-lease on a unit at Brittania Business Park in Bolton.
Vernacare has taken Unit 1c, comprising 8,404 sq ft, until 2013 at a rent of £39,919 a year.
Brittania Business Park is located 1.5 miles away from Bolton city centre and is close to the A666, M61 and M60.
Tony O'Keefe, director of DTZ, said: "This unit was let within three months of coming onto the market demonstrating continued demand for quality units in well positioned locations."
