MCR secures Keepmoat renewal

Housebuilder Keepmoat Homes has agreed a fresh lease on 8,700 sq ft at Aviation House, south Liverpool, a building that formerly bore its own name.

The firm has recommitted to two floors at the scheme, which it owned before selling to MCR Property Group. In total, the building offers 17,600 sq ft and has been refurbished throughout as part of its relaunch as Aviation House.

The building sits within Estuary Business Park close to Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The remainder of the building is available, with Hitchcock Wright & Partners and Matthews & Goodman acting as joint agents.

Hitchcock Wright’s Sean Collins-Jones said: “Office take-up levels in South Liverpool remain on a positive trend, largely due to the high quality, grade A space available with excellent transport links.

“There is high demand for accommodation such as Aviation House, so we expect the remaining space to be extremely attractive to businesses requiring an accessible Liverpool base or head office.”
