MCR completes two deals totalling 11,000 sq ft
MCR Property Group has completed two lettings on industrial accommodation within its portfolio.
Eaststone signed to 6,584 sq ft Unit 1 at its 113-acre Wingates Industrial Estate in Westhoughton in Bolton. The pharmaceutical company agreed a three year lease for an undisclosed sum.
North West Conditioning signed to 4,442 sq ft Unit C at the 34-acre Poynton Industrial Estate, located just outside of Stockport. The company also agreed to a three year lease with MCR Property Group for an undisclosed sum.
MCR Property Group said a number of units on the estate are under refurbishment with units available from 4,224 sq ft up to 13,408 sq ft.
Lambert Smith Hampton and Colliers International act as joint letting agents at Wingates Industrial Estate. CBRE and Hallams Commercial act as joint letting agents at Poynton Industrial Estate.
