McMullen Wilson joins Barons Quay agency team

Retail agent McMullen Wilson has been appointed to the lettings team at the £80m Barons Quay in Northwich following a competitive tender.

The 300,000 sq ft retail and leisure development by Cheshire West & Chester Council is anchored by Asda and Odeon and is being built by Balfour Beatty Construction.

The lettings management advisor is Rivington Land, which is also working with CWAC on the Northgate scheme in Chester.

The letting agents on Barons Quay were Lambert Smith Hampton and Tushingham Moore. When LSH acquired Tushingham Moore earlier this year Barons Quay was left with one agent and the decision was taken to launch a competition for the second.

London-based McMullen Wilson was formed in 2008 by Simon Wilson and Stephen McMullen.
