McLoughlin joins OBI
Adam McLoughlin has joined the building consultancy team at OBI Property, taking headcount at the multidisciplinary services firm to 22.
McLoughlin was previously at architect AHR, where he worked on projects including the refurbishment of Crewe station, and has also worked for Watson Batty Architects.
At OBI, he will specialise in project management and contract administration across OBI’s building portfolio. He said: “I am relishing the challenge of working on historical and beautiful buildings such as the Bonded Warehouse at S Johns, and Canada House, giving them a whole new lease of life for the future.”
OBI’s Joe Weilding added: “Adam’s architectural skills and experience will be a great asset to our team. We’re working on high profile and complex projects including several listed buildings, and Adam’s making a valuable contribution already.”
To replace Oli Thomas who has returned to CBRE.. a nicer place?
