McCarthy & Stone hires from Elan

Land director Richard Dean has left Elan Homes to join retirement homes specialist McCarthy & Stone’s North West office based in Altrincham.

Dean spent five years at Elan Homes, based in Ellesmere Port. He previously worked at David McLean and Bellway.

He said: “It’s an exciting time for McCarthy & Stone, having recently split their Northern Region to form a North West and North East office as part of a major expansion plan for the group.”

McCarthy & Stones live developments include three in Cheshire: Dane Court in Congleton, Marbury Court in Northwich and Hanna Court in Handforth.
