Mayfair buys Widnes Trade Park

Property Alliance Group has exchanged contracts to sell the 98,000 sq ft estate to Mayfair Capital's Property Income Trust for Charities fund for £13.25m, which represents a net initial yield of 6.9%.

The park is fully let to tenants including B&Q, Screw-Fix, Edmundson Electrical and Dulux Paints.

Mayfair said that PITCH, its flagship fund, was set to reach £300m in asset value in the coming months.

Mayfair was advised by Deloitte Real Estate. Whitaker Horton advised Property Alliance Group.
