Matthews & Goodman signs with Bruntwood

Surveyors Matthews & Goodman are to move offices in Manchester after signing a 10-year lease on 2,300 sq ft on part of the 10th floor at Bruntwood's Centurion House in Deansgate.

The firm of property advisors have been in Manchester for over 20 years and will be moving from 196 Deansgate, owned by Commercial Estates Group, where it has been based for the past 10 years.

David Laws, joint head of office at Matthews & Goodman, said: "Centurion House will provide an excellent base for us to drive our business forward and accommodate our planned growth and expansion. The building sits in an exciting part of Manchester at the gateway to Spinningfields and within close proximity to the traditional prime core."

The firm will move in mid-July.
