Matthews & Goodman hires from EC Harris

Matthews & Goodman has appointed Neil Cuckson from EC Harris as partner and head of building consultancy in Manchester.

He brings over 30 years' experience covering building surveying and project management across the public and private sectors.

Cuckson will work alongside building surveyor Robin Grimshaw in the Manchester office to provide services across the region for owners and occupiers of commercial property.

The previous head of building consultancy, Ian McHardy, moved to the London office of Matthews & Goodman in 2011. Since then building consultancy services have been provided predominantly in the Liverpool office, with a small Manchester presence.
