Matthews & Goodman appoints accounts manager

The national practice has recruited Roger Gifford to head up the firms' management accounts team in Manchester.

Gifford has operated as a private consultant, following a role within client accounting divisions at surveying firms in London prior to that.

The appointment will enable Matthews & Goodman to expand its property management division across both its Liverpool and Manchester offices.

The Liverpool and Manchester offices of Matthews & Goodman manage in excess of 1m sq ft of commercial property on behalf of institutional investors, property companies, private investors, charities and commercial occupiers.

In April, Matthews & Goodman merged to create a combined firm with offices in Liverpool, Manchester and London.
