Matthews & Goodman adds to valuation team

Property adviser Matthews & Goodman has appointed Graham Cooke to develop its valuation team in Manchester.

Cooke will provide services to property companies and owner occupiers, as well as the banking sector.

The valuation team operates on a nationwide basis and provides advice to lenders and borrowers. In addition to the traditional sectors of commercial and residential premises and land, the team also advises on a range of going concerns including nursing homes, pubs and bars, hotels and leisure premises.

Cooke joins from Storeys SSP.

The Manchester office is located at 196 Deansgate in the city centre.
