Mason Owen promotes two in valuation
Property consultants Mason Owen has announced the promotion of two of its valuation team based within the Liverpool office; James Heyes to partner, John Morgan to associate partner.
Both have been with the practice since 2004 and work closely alongside the head of valuations, Andrew McNee.
Paul Moran, managing partner, said: "We are extremely proud of the high regard this team is held within the marketplace, testimony to this being the fact that we feature on every major bank panel. Last year we valued assets totalling some £500m located across the UK and Isle of Man.
"The market has witnessed some turbulent years but we have seen encouraging signs over the past 12 months. We believe that we are well placed to continue to provide valued advice to our clients in the coming years and the promotions of James and John reinforce our commitment to the department."
