Two new recruits have joined land & property investment company HIMOR.
Daniel Maslin has joined the asset management team from Colliers International, where he spent almost ten years working in the industrial agency, commercial lease consultancy and valuation departments.
His role at HIMOR, Manchester, will initially be focused on the management and leasing of the industrial property portfolio.
Peter Ainscough has joined the land & planning strategy team from Colliers International, where he spent five years working in the retail team.
His role at HIMOR will be focused primarily on the identification and securing of development and promotion opportunities.
