Marshalls CDP launches latest Daresbury offices

Developer Marshall CDP has completed 80,000 sq ft of speculative offices at Daresbury Park, Cheshire.

Cinnabar Court is made up of 17 office buildings ranging in size from 3,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft.

"This is the largest speculative scheme in the Runcorn area aimed specifically at smaller to mid-sized occupiers", said Chris Mulcahy, partner at King Sturge, joint agent on the scheme with Knight Frank.

Prices are £235/sq ft freehold or £18.50/sq ft leasehold.

Marshall CDP acquired 225 acres at the park last year, including 300,000 sq ft of existing premises.

Design-and-build opportunities are available and planning is in place for a further 30,000 sq ft speculative office, which is to be built later this year.

Daresbury's occupiers include BNFL and HS Administrative Services. The De Vere hotel group will be vacating its headquarters shortly and the building is now up for sale.

The park is next to junction 11 of the M56 and two junctions from the M6.
