Marketing firm leaves Preston for Manchester

Bridge Properties has let 3,175 sq ft at 52 Princess Street in Manchester city centre to social marketing company The Hub.

Manchester-based property consultants Edwards & Co has let a first floor office suite at the recently transformed. The Hub, which is relocating from Preston to Manchester, is paying a rent of £15/sq ft.
