Manufacturer takes Warrington warehouse

BE Group has let the 17,000 sq ft Prospect House in Taylor Business Park to a confidential manufacturing company on behalf of landlord Taylor Estates.

Prospect House was marketed jointly by BE Group and Alder King.

The property has a quoting rent of £4.10/sq ft.

Sam Birtwistle, surveyor at BE Group, said: "In a competitive market, we were able to secure the interest of the tenant at Prospect House. This was undoubtedly the result of a recent increase in market activity, combined with the implementation of a proactive marketing strategy."

Paul Taylor, head of Taylor Estates, said: "This just shows again that Warrington and Cheshire are a great place to be doing business. Taylor Business Park has been running at 98% occupancy for the last 10 years which just shows how popular the area is. It's always great to see more manufacturers moving to the area."
