Manufacturer relocates to Irlam
The industrial agency team at Jones Lang LaSalle has secured a new tenant for a 33,998 sq ft semi-detached warehouse unit at Northbank Industrial Estate in Irlam on behalf of landlord Standard Life Investments.
Cosmetics and cleaning products manufacturer, Acdoco, signed a 15-year lease to occupy the building and will relocate from its current premises in Blackburn to the estate where it joins Parcel Line, Perkins and Werit UK.
The facility includes a two-bay warehouse and office space across the ground and first floors, located on Martens Road in Irlam, close to both the M60 and M6 via the A57.
