Mandale plans office-to-resi at Paragon House
Proposals have been put forward to Trafford Council to convert the 48,000 sq ft office block into 88 apartments by developer Mandale Homes.
The Stretford scheme proposes 64 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom apartments, and a 72-cycle space offer in the basement.
Paragon House is nine-storey building and offers office space from 400 sq ft to entire floors of at 6,040 sq ft. The block is understood to still be owned and operated by Bruntwood, represented by agents from Savills.
Elder Lester McGregor is the architect associated with the scheme, while ELG Planning also advised.
Paragon House is the second office-to-resi scheme submitted by Mandale in the past year. The first was the company’s proposals for Wellesley House, a 46,000 sq ft office in Stockport town centre to be converted into 77 apartments, which gained approval in November 2018.
