Manchester United sign Panaloc for Trafford Park warehouse
Manchester United has let an 86,000 sq ft industrial unit it owns at Stadium Point near Old Trafford football ground to prefabricated structure specialist Panaloc on a five-year lease.
The property is situated on 5.5 acres on Trafford Wharf Road in Trafford Park and comprises a high bay warehouse with an eaves height of 10.25 metres and adjoining secondary warehouse. The rent paid was not disclosed.
Dan Crawshaw of letting agent Nolan Redshaw commented: "There is a notable short supply of units of this size and quality available in Trafford Park. However, the park continues to be one of Manchester's key industrial areas, therefore we were not surprised when Panaloc snapped up the entire site only six weeks after the premises was put on the market."
