Manchester PCT moving to Parkway

Manchester Primary Care Trust has let 36,500 sq ft Parkway Business Centre at Princess Parkway, from Orbit Developments.

Manchester PCT will move into its new accommodation, located on Princess Road, near the south of Manchester city centre, from its current premises in Chorlton.

Orbit's Parkway development incorporates office buildings totalling over 100,000 sq ft in a mature parkland setting.

Manchester PCT joins occupiers including Xansa, My Travel and Potters and will occupy the whole of Parkway 3 and part of Parkway 1.

Rob Yates, office agency director at DTZ letting agents for Orbit, said: "Only a single floor of 4,877 sq ft remains available on the scheme, we have significant interest in this accommodation."

GVA Grimley are acting as joint letting agents for Orbit Developments, which has also struck deals with Adactus Housing and Potters Herbal Medicines for its Parkway scheme.
