Manchester Fertility moves to Oakfield 3

Muse Developments has completed the sale of the last remaining unit at its Oakfield 3 development at Cheadle Royal Business Park.

Unit M – a 9,739 sq ft self-contained, contemporary office building – has been acquired by Manchester Fertility, one of the UK's leading private infertility clinics, for an undisclosed sum.

It is relocating from the Bridgewater Hospital in Manchester to larger bespoke premises at Cheadle Royal.

David Burkinshaw, development director at Muse Developments, said: "With the first three phases of Oakfield now fully occupied, we look forward to delivering the fourth and final phase of this ever-popular development."

Debbie Falconer, lead embryologist & operations director of Manchester Fertility, said: "The relocation to our new facility at Cheadle Royal is the start of a new era for Manchester Fertility.

"We've been at the forefront of fertility treatment in the North West for over 26 years, helping people to become families from across the region and beyond.

"Over 4,000 Manchester Fertility babies have been born to date."

Agents for Manchester Fertility were Edwards & Co, and Lambert Smith Hampton and DTZ acted for Muse and Cheadle Royal Business Park.

Three phases of Oakfield – 14 buildings in total – have been successfully completed and sold, predominantly to owner occupiers.

Muse is now marketing the two remaining plots on the park, Lakeside 5000 and Oakfield 4.

Working to a masterplan, these two plots are available to satisfy a wide range of design and build requirements, ranging from 6,500 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft.
